Hamburg Wasser is the main water supplier in Hamburg and its metro area. This is a complete relaunch of their website, including their subsidiary companies. The task was to create a new and easy accessible website as the old one had gone through numerous relaunches and maintaining the site was challenging. We relaunched a modern website where customers are able to find information about rates, water quality, pipeline failures and included additional content like social engagement and educational material about water purification.
Results were obvious
The new website resulted in numerous local newspaper articles, a rise in unique visitors and ultimately more closed contracts while lowering the bureaucratic overhead.
Mobile adaption
The website adapts to all common screen-sizes and offers the same content and ease of use on mobile as it does on desktop. Customers are able to access all information quickly and easy on the go.
